       This project deals with the planning and design of St .Thomas college auditorium for the use of various purposes .The required area is calculated as per NBC .this project include analysis of loads and designing of structural elements based on the loads as per IS 875.one of the important elements of any college auditorium is to gather people for seminars workshops or any cultural events .The limit state methods  of collapse using IS 456 2000 and SP6 have been adopted for the design of structural components like slab , beam ,column ,foundation. And IS 800 is used for design of roof truss .Design and analysis is done by using STAAD Pro and ETAB software’s also used AutoCAD for drawing plan, elevation and section.
