Description

DeepFishNet is an intelligent, non-invasive fish quality monitoring system designed to replace slow, subjective manual inspections with automated precision. Powered by an ESP32 microcontroller and a fine-tuned MobileNetV2 deep learning model, the system tracks real-time environmental data—including temperature and ammonia levels—while analyzing live images of fish on a conveyor belt. Achieving an outstanding 97.50% classification accuracy, DeepFishNet delivers instant freshness assessments, generates real-time alerts via LEDs and buzzers, and provides a scalable solution to reduce spoilage and ensure food safety in seafood processing.
