In this project planning, analysis and structural design has been done for an energy efficient commercial building based on Indian Standard Codes of practice. Detailed drawings pertaining to the structural design of the building are presented. Factors like insulation, lighting, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, as well as renewable energy sources like solar panels are considered. Planning was done using AutoCAD and analysis of the structure was done using ETABS. 3D visualization is done using Revit software. All the structural members like slabs, beams, columns, staircase and footings are designed using Indian Standard Codes. The structural components are designed by limit state method. Concrete M20 grade and Fe415 steel bars were considered for all the design The proposed construction site is situated at Kuthuparamba . This structure is designed in G+2 floors and with the vision of bringing facilities like shops, restaurants, game area, conference hall, yoga hall, library hall under one roof. The overall plot area of the building is 30,000 sq.ft. and the built area is around 20000Sq.ft. The outcomes of these simulations guide the design revisions and optimizations, ultimately ensuring the complex's ability to operate with minimal energy consumption. The mall is built with almost all the amenities required for the people to get entertained in their busy schedule.
