We are proposing an online chatbot for KTU portal, which is a computer program that
conducts a conversation via audio or textual method .Now a days we are contacting to KTU via a
mediator (college KTU coordinator ,gmail ,KTU students or tele-communication) in case of any
queries or mistakes occured while giving our personal details. Required data is not available on time
. So it is a time consuming process.
Inorder to solve this, we are introducing an online chatbot. So that students can directly
interact with KTU portal hence the information will be obtained immediately .Chatbot will gives a
feel of human-to-human interaction .
