The idea behind the work is to prepare a detailed design and analysis of a T bridge at Thaze
chovva definitely have a prominent role in developing the transportation in Kannur very
much easily. All the important amenities for designing and analysis of a T bridge have been
included. The analysis of structural components like deck slab, cantilever portion,
longitudinal girders has been done with STAAD PRO software. The complete structure has
been designed manually. The design has been done in accordance to IRC standards. The
super structure (RCC Pier cap and pier) components have been designed using working state
of design method under class AA, 70R and class a loading. The structural elements like deck
slab, girder, bearing and pier has designed and detailed. And it helps us to gain more
knowledge and gives an experience for our career.
